We will focus on building intelligent factories and digital workshops in the fields of biomedicine, textiles and clothing, electronic information, and automobiles, and organize the implementation of "machine substitution" in industries such as food, machinery, building materials, nonferrous metals, and light industry. We will promote the integration and innovation of artificial intelligence with agriculture, tourism, logistics, finance, business, home furnishing and other industries, and support the in-depth application of artificial intelligence in education, medical care, elderly care, urban management, public services, public safety and other fields.

Fourth, artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing services. Focus on the development of producer services for artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing, to provide intelligent system design, engineering implementation and comprehensive integration services.

During the 13th five-year plan period, a number of major projects of artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing will be selected in the province every year, which will be given priority to the coordination and promotion of provincial key project construction plan, and the provincial reserve plan for new construction land will be given priority to ensure reasonable land use demand. We will increase provincial-level made in China 2025 funds, and increase support for artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing. Major industrial projects in artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing will be given priority to support in key innovation and industrialization upgrading projects.

Our province will vigorously introduce well-known artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing enterprises both at home and abroad, and give a reward to the newly introduced top ten leading enterprises with core technologies in the domestic industry, whose actual capital reaches more than 100 million yuan, and the local government of the enterprise.

We will support the promotion and application of artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing, carry out trials and demonstrations of innovative application of artificial intelligence, and build a total of 1,000 intelligent workshops by 2020. We will further implement the "ten thousand sets" application project, select some key industries, and promote the application of more than 2,000 sets of artificial intelligence products and intelligent manufacturing equipment every year. During the 13th five-year plan period, we will promote the application of more than 10,000 sets of artificial intelligence products and intelligent manufacturing equipment. For enterprises to purchase artificial intelligence products and intelligent manufacturing equipment that have reached the international advanced level, or to apply artificial intelligence technology and numerical control technology for technological transformation, provincial finance will give a subsidy of 5% of the total purchase price or project investment, with a maximum of no more than 3 million yuan for a single enterprise. For the purchase of equipment products produced in this province, which are listed in the state "guidance catalogue for the promotion and application of the first (set) of major technical equipment", a subsidy of no more than 10% of the actual purchase price shall be given, up to no more than 2 million yuan.

Priority shall be given to the application of national and provincial key laboratories, engineering technology research centers (technology innovation centers) and enterprise technology centers for artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing enterprises and institutions, and certain supporting funds shall be given to the approved units.

We will formulate and issue a list of recommended artificial intelligence and intelligent equipment products, and encourage local public service artificial intelligence and intelligent equipment products to be included in the list of agreed procurement through public bidding in accordance with laws and regulations. We will support artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing enterprises in acquiring domestic and foreign high-end brands, and encourage relevant industrial investment funds to support them. We will support competent enterprises to participate in overseas large-scale artificial intelligence and high-end equipment manufacturing exhibitions and expos, and give them a certain proportion of booth subsidies.
